- As needed Oregano and chili flakes
- as needed Chicken keema

- 250 gm chicken mince
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 medium size finely chopped onion
- 1 medium size finely chopped Tomato
- 2 no. finely chopped green chillies
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp kasmiri red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- to taste Salt & sugar
- leaves as required chopped coriander
- As required Grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated paneer
Instructions to make to make Cheesy Keema Stuffed Capsicum
- Cut the tops of the capsicum & scoop out the seeds to make a cup.set aside.

- Heat a non-stick pan with 1tbsp oil, add chopped onion, green chillies, saute them. Add ginger garlic paste saute them.add chopped tomatoes & mix well. Cook till the mixture is pulpy.



- Add turmeric powder, Red chili powder, garam masala powder cumin powder salt sugar and mix well.add chicken mince,grated paneer and coriander leaves and mix everything well.Cook till fully done.

- Transfer to a bowl and add some grated cheese and mix it well.

- Stuffed this mixture into individual capcicum cups and top it with grated Mozzarella cheese, sprinkle oregano and chili flakes. Brush the capsicum cup some oil or butter.


- Pre- heat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 C and bakeing it for 15 minutes.


- Serve hot with tomato sauce
