  1. In a pan add diced tomatoes and onions, Cashew, garlic and ginger. Now add some water and close lid, boil for five minutes on medium flame. Let it cool down and prepare a paste.
  2. In a pan heat butter and oil and add jeera, bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, elaichi and hing. Stir well. Now add turmeric and add previouly prepared paste. Stir well. Now add chilli powder and garam masala. Saute till oil leaves from it.
  3. Now add water for medium gravy. Add salt. Mix well. Add dried Fenugreek and fresh coriander. Add 4-5 pieces of Cheese and fresh cream. Mix well. Switch off the gas.
